THE STARS AT NIGHT, ARE BIG AND BRIGHT....DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
I have been asked by several people to post some pics of our new digs in Texas. We still have work to do and some decorating to do, but you will get the idea.
This is the living room on the main level:
Here is the formal dining room:
The guest bedroom on the main level:
The kitchen:
Ken and Cy's bedroom:
The master bedroom, we finally got our king size bed!!!
Easton's bedroom:
We have a big family room on the second level that we are using as a toy room and TV room:
I really am surprised how much I love this house. It is old and needs some work, but they layout is perfect for what we need and it is so spacious. All the bedrooms are huge and have good size walk in closets, which is weird for such an old house. So far, we have really liked Texas, just hoping it will cool down soon. It has been 100 degrees for way too long!!!

JUST A WHOLE BUNCH OF RANDOM
Cy is 6 months now, CRAZY!!! He loves to sit up, but is such a busy body and always reaching and trying to grab everything that he usually tips over after a while.
He loves to attack Eastons bear pillow and he rolls all over it.
Our runs in the morning have gotten FREEZING COLD so we have to bundle up pretty tight.
Ken made Cy be a fireman all day long with him, Cy would not leave that hat on his head for anything.
We had some friends come over and decorate sugar cookies with us for Halloween.
Ken puts mounds and mounds of frosting on his cookie and then wanted nothing to do with it.
Easton was all about the sprinkles!
Last month I ran the Big Cottonwood Half but our camera wouldn't work. Last weekend I ran a 10K through Thanksgiving Point. Somehow, Zac and I missed each other when I finished so it took me ten minutes to find them. I am so grateful for Zac and all of his help so I can run!
My cute cheer squad, who wouldn't want to run back to this!
We are trying to potty train Ken and I am starting to think we would have better luck skipping him and just going with Cy! I HATE POTTY TRAINING!!! Apparently Ken is not a fan either!
Cute boys before church on Sunday
Cy loves to stand and hold onto the couch, he thinks he is pretty big!
This bavy HATES HATES HATES all baby food, we are at a loss about what we can do. He just gags and gags and then spits it all out or throws it up. It has been so fun...

AQUARIUM, CITY CREEK, AND THE ZOO
Over Labor Day weekend we took the boys to the aquarium and had so much fun. We could have spent the entire day there.
Then we hit up City Creek and played in all the cool fountains. I told the boys not to get wet, that lasted a whole 5 seconds and then they were completely drenched
Cy was even in on the fountains, but I dont think he was too impressed.
During Easton's fall break we went to the zoo and brought along Eastons little friend. The new addition to the zoo is so much fun. We loved the polar bear!
Ken was complaining that the seal was too hot so that is why he looks like a goof ball!

Easton is a First Grader
It is crazy to me that Easton is old enough for first grade! It has been such a change to have him gone all day long, Ken and Cy get so excited when he gets home from school. Easton is loving every minute of first grade. He is reading so well and loves learning anything about math. He is going to be a math geek like his Dad!
SUMMER FUN!
It seemed like we were busy this whole summer, but I am not really sure what we did because we are awful at taking pictures. We did get to spend a few weekends in Price and Cy got to hang out with his BFF Nolan.
With three little boys in the house, we spent every day playing outside. I am pretty sure Ken would live outside if we let him!
We were lucky enough to get to the cabin and we had so much fun. Easton loves driving the wave runner (even though he goes slower than mud!)
With some convincing, Ken decided throwing rocks into the lake is the coolest thing ever
It was so hot in Scofield, so poor Cy was stuck in the cabin or under the canopy of the boat
G Potts took the kids out fishing. One of the kids caught some junk fish and so Grandpa pulled out his knife and cut the head of the fish right in front of them. They were a little shocked to say the least.
We finally got the sailboat up and running and I forgot how much fun it is to go sailing on the lake
Cy and Nolan again, they don't know it yet but they are going to be best buds
We wore Ken out everynight. Playing in the lake is hard work.
Zac suprised us with a weekend getaway to Park City to see the fireworks over the 4th of July. Unfortunately, that is when the big Highland/Alpine fire was so when we got to Park City and got checked into the hotel the fire chief cancelled all the fireworks. It was a bummer, but we still had tons of fun. That is when we learned Cy is not a fan on cold swimming pools!
Zac and the boys doing some fireworks. We only had snakes and sparklers because of all the fires.
